Yoga for Detox


Yoga is a great way to detoxify you body.  During yoga, each part of the body is stretched and twisted in various directions.  Much like twisting a wash cloth, this movement helps to rid toxins from the body and increases circulation. It specifically stimulates the digestive, circulatory and lymphatic system through yoga poses by compressing the organs and lymphatic glands and increasing the heart rate.Yoga can also help "detoxify" the mind. By concentrating on breath, you can rid your mind of negative thoughts and maintain focus.
